Abstract:
Cognitive development is a unique aspect of human experience, including thoughts, emotions, motivations, and social interactions. This
has led to the development of cognitive theories or research methods designed to cover a wide range of topics, from cognitive processes
and emotional well-being to developmental stages and mental health disorders in adolescents. The effectiveness of theories depends
not only on their proper design and implementation, but also on the response of the study population. Compliance at the population
level is considered essential, since knowledge, assessment of environmental challenges, and communication are prerequisites for a
smooth transition to adolescence. Biological factors, such as heredity and maturation, also play a role in this process, playing an essential
role in determining behaviour, emotional reactions, and the development of mental resilience. Information is processed carefully,
which affects learning and development.
