Patients' satisfaction with the services provided by the health care is an important issue in the field of health. The World Health Organization defines 'health' as a state of complete mental, physical and social wellbeing. When patient feel unhappy or that their needs and desires are not take into account is

a sign of lack of welfare and poor quality health care. Patient satisfaction is an important indicator of the quality of health services. Αssessment of patient satisfaction is essential for the organization of health service.
